Thanks for sharing your thoughts and issues, Susie... "I found myself spiralling this week and it’s hit me hard today. I just feel like, no matter HOW hard I try, nothing ever improves or works out for me how I would like it to." - Well done for already being aware, now you must take care and notice the way you speak to yourself- *hint hint* the moment I took the word "try" out of my vocabulary, I can do all that is in the means for my higher needs.

Thank you, Grace. Yes, I know that how I talk to myself is everything. I tend to default when things aren't going well and it all turns in on me. I'm a work in progress.

Thank you for sharing this vulnerable perspective on what it’s like to have ADHD. I’ve struggled with a lot of the same, especially being called negative as a teenager. To be fair, I was, but dealing with unmedicated ADHD and no clue about it is a lot. Turns out I was dx at 3, but no one told me, so I had no accommodations and had no idea. I thought that I was broken. Turns out I’m just AuDHD (I found this out at 27), and knowing that & taking medication has been life changing for me.

Thanks for sharing 🩷

Thank you for taking the time to read my post. My assessment is this June and I'm really hoping to get therapy and the opportunity to go down the titration route. After all these years of struggle, some support will be most welcome.
